zentir Creative and Studio Lead

2021 – 2022 

zentir is a boutique Pharmaceutical Agency, specialising in both digital and print deliverables, focussing on fulfilling the client's needs in the Healthcare Professional sector. 

My role  covers a number of sectors within the Agency.

  • Creative Lead: with my background in Design, Finished Art and Art Direction I support a team of 3 to deliver the best results, with an eye on design, brand identity and creativity, while ensuring legal parameters in the sector are withheld.

  • Studio Lead: Directing all work flow from Client Service into the Studio and back, in a timely and effective manner. I ensure deadlines are met at every stage. I support my team by ensuring that briefs are correct and that they have all they need to work effectively and with little double handling. I am responsible for the accuracy of all work coming out of the studio on a daily basis.

  • Project Manager: Working with briefs to provide accurate, internal head hours for estimating. To brief and liaise with external suppliers to ensure quotes are accurate, quality is consistent and deadlines are met every time. 

  • Producer: Arranging stills and video shoots, from storyboard creation, to shooting, retouching or editing to delivering final images or video assets.

2020 – 2021 

The Covid year.

 

Taking an unplanned break from Agency life, I looked to give back to my community. This led me to the support sector, where I worked with private clients, under the NDIS and My Aged Care systems.

I provided daily assistance to 4 clients who's needs ranged from companionship through to complete health, wellbeing and home support.

We Are Unity Creative Design and Resource Manager.

2019 – 2020 

 

We Are Unity (WAU) is a unique company, merging business management, brand building and psychology to create better company effectiveness between employer and employee. The Creative department developed internal brands that employees and managers could own and stand by on a daily basis.  

My role on starting with WAU, within a creative team of 5, was twofold:

  1. To implement a new timeline, resource and billing software within the Creative team and manage the smooth workflow through the department from briefing to delivery.

  2. To support the Creative team with Design development and roll-out of creative projects, including brand guidelines, digital presentations, print and digital resources.

Working closely with the Client Partners, I was the first port of call for all incoming briefs. I managed resourcing, estimation and time management within the Creative Department.

 

As a Designer within the Creative Department I oversaw brand management and development for a number of high profile companies such as Tabcorp, Metcash, KFC, Woolworths, Interactive and TFE hotels.

Design United/Breville Australia Project Manager/Studio and Creative Services Manager.

2017 – 2019 

Hired on a 3 month contract to project manage the roll-out of packaging for over 60 Breville products into 16 EU countries, with a deadline of only 4 months from inception to production deadline. The project required rebranding with multiple languages on all product packaging and information assets. In the unknown product environment of Breville Australia,  I needed to become familiar with multiple Breville departments; including product developers, engineers, legal departments and marketing management.

 

Within Design United (the dedicated Breville design company) I managed a team of 10 talented designers, product graphic developers and finished artists. The project was successfully completed within deadline.

I remained at Design United for 2 years, which included a second successful roll-out in 2018/19, requiring a second rebrand and additional languages for a roll-out to a total of 26 countries.

2015 – 2017 

Working with a team of 5 designers to create and oversee internal and consumer communications across print and digital platforms. Client liaison from brief, through concept and asset creation to delivery. Complete brand updates and roll-out of new assets to consumer and business facing environments, including digital, in-store design, brochures, OHH campaigns and promotions.

2009 – 2015 

 

Experienced in taking a client brief from concept to finished art delivery to printers or digital programmers. Covering all aspects of print and the creation of user friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital advertising and rep sales materials, with excellent response rates. A thorough understanding
of the Medicines Australia Code and its legal bearing on pharmaceutical advertising. I have a thorough 
understanding of working within a client's brand identity and guidelines.
